Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services, LLC seeks an Officer Senior Trainer (OST) to support the ARNG Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP). The OST is the principal Mission Command training advisor to assigned ARNG commanders, developing and maintaining mentorship with battalion, brigade, and division staff to reach mission command proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ of related experience conducting Army and Joint training.
• 2 years’ experience with exercise planning using the JELC process.
• Former FA57 qualified or demonstrated experience in planning and employment of Army simulations.
• Full understanding of the Army’s suite of mission command information systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to obtain, review and process training requests.
• Advise on doctrine, techniques, and procedures for integrating Warfighting Functions.
• Coordinate and support training development, execution, and synchronization across units.
• Manage designated training events through the Joint Event Life Cycle process.
• Mentor and coach commanders and staffs in long-range training strategies.
