Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services in the United States seeks an Enlisted Senior Trainer (EST) to advise Army National Guard Commanders and senior noncommissioned officers on mission command training across live, virtual, constructive, and gaming domains.

The EST will mentor units, coordinate training requests, and manage events using the MCTSP lifecycle. You will develop long-range training strategies and operator training programs for ongoing mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, subject immaterial, or 5 years of related field experience.
• Two years' experience with exercise planning using the JELC process.
• Previous Battalion level or higher Sergeants Major experience; Brigade or Division-level Sergeants Major and primary staff NCOIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Works with the OST as alternate point of contact to obtain, review and process training requests IAW MCTPS scope and ARNG guidance.
• Serves as SME on doctrine, techniques, and procedures in Warfighting Functions across Operations Process and CP operations.
• Advises, coordinates, facilitates and supports unit commanders and senior NCOs in training development, execution, and synchronization across domains.
• Assists OST or serves as project manager for small to large training events using the MCTSP Joint Event Life Cycle.
• Mentors, coaches, and teaches training management to unit commanders and staffs for long-range training strategies.
• Assist units with planning for an AMCS Operator Training Program using Digital Gunnery Rosters to track certifications and training.
