Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC is seeking a Mission Command Fundamentals (MCFC) Lead Instructor at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The role requires guiding students through a four-week curriculum and maintaining presence for all iterations of the course.

Ideal candidates have significant operational command experience, prior instruction or mentorship with senior military leaders or international partners, and a solid grasp of MDMP and joint operations in maritime/joint

Qualifications

Significant operational experience at the command or senior staff level.
Experience in instruction, facilitation, or mentorship, preferably with field‑grade military leaders and/or international partners.
Strong understanding of operational‑level planning, joint operations, and planning methodologies (e.g., MDMP) in complex maritime and joint environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary instructor and facilitator for the Mission Command Fundamentals Course (MCFC).
Be present and available throughout the entire course period for each iteration.
Attend and actively participate in key course events, including introduction, daily case studies, speaker lectures, capstone exercise, and graduation.
Assist the Course Director in executing the course to ensure smooth instruction and activities.
Facilitate discussions, case studies, and hands‑on exercises on Mission Command principles, MDMP, Joint Operations, and related topics.
Introduce guest speakers and provide context for SME lectures.
