Job summary

People, Technology & Processes, LLC seeks a Mission Command Fundamentals (MCF) Course Director to lead the content and continuity of the MCFC at Stennis Space Center, MS. You will plan and execute up to two iterations annually and coordinate a panel of SMEs to keep instruction current and impactful.

You will design and deliver NAVEDTRA 130-compliant materials (TPP, LPs, TGs), manage contractors, and craft AARs for government review, optimizing curriculum yearly.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in curriculum development and NAVEDTRA standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple course iterations per year.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead content development for the Mission Command Fundamentals Course (MCFC).
• Oversee planning and execution of up to two MCFC iterations per fiscal year.
• Design, develop, and deliver curriculum documents (TPP, LPs, TGs) per NAVEDTRA 130 standards.
• Coordinate up to 12 speakers/SMEs to ensure relevant instruction.
• Manage multi-day capstone exercise scenarios (HA/DR, civilian-military incidents).
• Direct contractor personnel and course-day activities per schedule.
• Prepare course materials for students and instructors.
• Submit After-Action Reports to government after each iteration.
• Serve as SME for annual course review and curriculum updates.
