Job summary

GFT in the Mid-Atlantic region is seeking a Principal Analyst, Mission Assurance & Systems Integration to lead security, resilience, and infrastructure protection initiatives for federal and critical infrastructure clients.

This senior role combines strategy and hands-on leadership, guiding multi-disciplinary teams through assessment, design, implementation, and sustainment of integrated security programs and enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in physical security, security engineering, infrastructure protection, mission assurance, resilience, emergency management, cybersecurity, or related disciplines.
• 10+ years supporting federal agencies, public-sector organizations, or critical infrastructure programs.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex programs across security, infrastructure, operations, and governance.
• Knowledge of mission assurance principles, enterprise risk management, resilience planning, and infrastructure protection.
• Experience applying risk management frameworks to support strategic decision‑making and program execution.
• Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission assurance programs strengthening resilience and safeguarding assets.
• Deliver integrated security and resilience solutions across people, process, tech, and infrastructure.
• Drive systems integration across access control, video, perimeter, and C2 platforms.
• Manage large, complex programs with scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Grow client relationships with federal agencies and public-sector clients.
• Mentor multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
