Job summary

Qualifications

• STEM degree with extensive leadership experience in aircraft, aerospace or manufacturing quality environments.
• 5+ years of leadership/supervisory experience in quality programs.
• Experience enforcing AS9100 standards and DoD quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Functional Homeroom Quality Engineering Manager for TACAMO QE/QA.
• Translate program needs into quality objectives, resource plans, and actions.
• Lead development, mentoring, and coaching of Quality Engineering staff.
