You will lead architecture development, guide vendor collaboration, and ensure warfighter needs are met through rigorous analysis and system integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering, math, CS, physics, or related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience in space systems with technical leadership.
• Experience in MWTD space vehicle development, test, or space-to-ground integration.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to influence outcomes through data-driven analysis and modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~10%.
• Current TS/SCI clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead mission architecture development for DoD space-based missile warning and tracking.
• Provide technical leadership across MWTD, architecture modeling, requirements, and integration.
• Guide contract execution, performance assessments, and on-orbit planning.
• Direct teams in tracking modeling, simulation, and analysis for acquisition decisions.
• Bridge requirements, contractor oversight, and warfighter/system integration throughout lifecycle.
