Job summary

JRC Integrated Systems is seeking a highly skilled Test and Evaluation engineer to support Navy SSP programs. The role focuses on design, evaluation, and certification of strategic naval weapon systems, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and performance under high-stakes conditions.

You will develop rigorous T&E plans, perform modeling and simulation, and lead hardware-in-the-loop and ground test activities, ensuring compliance with DoD procedures and nuclear surety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Active security clearance DoD Secret or DoE preferred or required.
• Experience with missile design, fire control, and Navy SSP processes.
• Strong MBSE background with Cruise Missile T&E experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and document comprehensive T&E test plans, procedures, and reports for missile systems.
• Lead ground and fire-control component testing to verify specs and performance.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance.
