Job summary

Orica is seeking a Lead - Technical Services to direct technical service delivery across assigned customer portfolios and geographies. The role emphasizes safety, productivity and cost outcomes with modern blasting tech and digital platforms.

You will mentor teams, establish standards, and translate customer needs into differentiated service offerings to strengthen Orica’s competitive position and revenue growth. Requires travel and engineering background.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferring Mining Engineering.
Drone pilot license required or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
Experience in mining, mining equipment, or explosives industry preferred.
Strong leadership, collaboration and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical service delivery across customer portfolios and geographies.
Set technical standards and mentor teams while driving adoption of blasting tech.
Provide field insights, support product stewardship and on-site optimization.
Develop customer engagement plans and support tender responses.
