Job summary

MTW Employment Services is seeking a Technical Communicator to support Mining Heavy Equipment Technicians and product support staff. You will provide technical expertise on the Caterpillar Mining Product Line and be the main point of contact for mining service operations. The role requires strong communication skills, a Heavy Equipment License, and at least 5 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Must have Heavy Equipment License or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience diagnosing and repairing Cat Heavy Equipment.
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for mining service operations.
• Be the main contact between mining departments and Caterpillar.
• Perform failure analysis and produce reports.

Skills

Heavy Equipment License or equivalent experience

5 years practical experience diagnosing and troubleshooting Cat Heavy Equipment

Written and spoken communication skills in French and English

Knowledge of failure analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
