Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Mining Construction Manager to oversee onsite construction activities for a large mining EPCM project. This position is full-time and based in the United States, preferably Nevada or similar regions.

The Manager will lead site construction, ensuring safety and compliance, while managing contractors and supporting project execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes. A comprehensive benefits package is included, along with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in large-scale heavy civil construction.
• Demonstrated hands-on construction management experience in active mining settings.
• Knowledge of mineral processing facility construction.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction contractors and field teams.
• Coordinate closely with design engineers and project stakeholders.
