Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior-Level MCM Doctrine and Tactics Analyst to support the Navy's MIREM program at SMWDC in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on MIW/MCM operations, doctrine development, and tactical analysis in a SCIF environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Navy MCM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to design exercises, collect data, and produce actionable reports.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years of U.S. Navy experience in surface, aviation, unmanned, and/or expeditionary MCM operations and warfare tasks.
• Four (4) years of experience in managing projects or programs.
• Existing SECRET security clearance (active or interim) prior to hire; U.S. citizenship required.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design test and data collection plans for exercises.
• Observe exercises to coordinate data collection for MIW/MCM doctrine.
• Develop exercise messages and reports.
• Support reconstruction of exercise events.
• Validate doctrine and TTP and modify products.
• Analyze exercise results per the Execution Plan.
• Support development of new concept tactics and system analysis.
