Boeing MILSATCOM Ground Systems Engineer role in El Segundo, CA. Contract through a Boeing-approved third party, focusing on development, verification and test of ground system C2 software in an agile setting.

The candidate will work on interdisciplinary ground system solutions, develop interfaces, perform system-level verification, and contribute to design documents and test plans while benefiting from mentoring and career growth opportunities within the MILSATCOM Program Team.

Competenze

• Active U.S. DOD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Experience verifying and testing ground software C2 systems.
• Background in systems engineering or willingness to learn and mentorship.
• Familiarity with requirements verification and test processes.
• Proven ability to operate in an agile development environment.

• Plan, design, develop and verify a balanced system-of-systems ground solution.
• Define system performance requirements and ensure interface compatibility.
• Analyze architectures to optimize total system and software architecture.
• Incorporate safety, reliability, maintainability, and system security factors into configurations.
