A machinery maintenance company is seeking experienced Millwrights in Memphis to maintain and install industrial machinery. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment, performing welding, and implementing preventative maintenance schedules across various sectors including steel mills and sawmills. Qualifications

• Completion of a Millwright apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
• Own personal tools to complete jobs at hand.
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in coal mining, sawmill, and/or automotive plant environments.
• Strong welding experience, particularly in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail and precision.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical equipment and industrial machinery.
• Perform welding for repairs and fabrication of parts.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure clean work areas.
• Work closely with maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Apply strong troubleshooting skills to identify mechanical failures.
