Job summary

Siltronic-Corporation in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic with Millwright and mechanical experience to install, diagnose, repair, and implement preventive maintenance to minimize downtime across mechanical, building utilities, and related systems.

You will analyze equipment, perform repairs, maintain records, and train others while upholding safety rules; requires technical degree and 2+ years experience, SAP/Excel proficiency, and ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or technical certificate in a technical field with experience in maintenance.
• Two years with the company as Maintenance Technician III or 7+ years in a related industry.
• Ability to read safety rules, instructions, blueprints and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, assemble and maintain equipment and supply systems.
• Analyze equipment to determine malfunctions and determine repair actions.
• Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and procedures.
• Work with operators and engineers to find immediate and long-term solutions.
• Train other technicians and ensure safety practices.
