Job summary

Siltronic is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Mechanic with Millwright expertise to sustain production equipment and building utilities at our Portland campus. The role focuses on preventive maintenance and rapid repairs to minimize downtime.

You will install, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, HVAC, instrumentation, and PLC systems while maintaining thorough maintenance records and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate or two-year technical degree or equivalent.
• Read and interpret safety rules, blueprints and manuals.
• Experience in maintenance in manufacturing settings; SAP/office software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, assemble, and maintain equipment and related systems.
• Diagnose malfunctions, determine repairs, and perform corrective actions.
• Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, tests, and spare parts.
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and adherence to procedures; train others as needed.
• Support engineers to improve process reliability and productivity.
