Job summary

Interior Specialties Group (ISG) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of high-end architectural millwork and interior glazing projects across the New York area. You will drive planning, coordination, and closeout to ensure on-time delivery within budget and to exacting quality standards.

The role demands strong construction PM background, exceptional communication, and the ability to thrive in a design-driven, fast-paced environment on-site in Ronkonkoma and the NYC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience managing high-end millwork and/or glazing construction projects.
• OSHA 40 certification required.
• Strong knowledge of architectural details and custom fabrication methods.
• Highly organized with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of the awarded scope for all assigned projects.
• Generate submittal packages including material samples, manufacturer cut sheets, and scope clarifications.
• Develop full-scale shop drawings for review by designers and architects for cabinet production.
• Attend on-site project meetings as required by the general contractor.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and activities.
• Manage and track project budgets and expenses.
• Monitor project deliverables using project management tools.
• Provide guidance and leadership to the project team.
• Monitor quality assurance and project compliance.
• Implement and manage project changes or interventions as necessary.
• Evaluate project outcomes and prepare post-completion assessments.
• Develop and maintain project communication plans with stakeholders and clients.
• Source external suppliers and create procurement strategies.
