Job summary

Anton Cabinetry is seeking a design-minded engineer to lead the millwork design and engineering for complex commercial projects in Texas. You will translate architectural intent into buildable details, and guide drafting partners to deliver precisely finished work.

You will collaborate with customers and design teams, present technical solutions, and ensure coordination across engineering, production and installation. Hybrid workdays apply after onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least three years in commercial architectural millwork and/or casework.
• Ability to develop creative, buildable solutions that capture design intent, fit, finish, fabrication and installation.
• Strong understanding of millwork materials, joinery, shop drawings, fabrication and installation practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of MS Office and project documents.

Responsibilities

• Translate architectural intent into practical materials, details and installation approaches.
• Contribute to customer and design-team discussions with technical recommendations.
• Lead design and engineering execution, review drawings for accuracy and coordination.
• Coordinate technical work with PM, production and installation to meet deadlines and reduce rework.
