Job summary
Anton Cabinetry is seeking a strong, decisive Engineering Manager to lead our engineering and design team in a fast-paced commercial millwork operation onsite in Texas. This hands-on role focuses on standardizing workflows, elevating team performance, and strengthening collaboration between Engineering and Production to ensure on-time, high-quality release packages.
This is an onsite position with a limited hybrid day for systems work and requires a leader who can bring structure and momentum to
Qualifications
- 7–15 years of commercial millwork, casework, or store fixture engineering experience.
- Strong command of shop drawings, production drawings, CNC workflows, and millwork standards.
- Experience building processes, not just following them.
- 2–5+ years managing or leading engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Standardize and elevate engineering output with consistent drawing standards.
- Coach, develop, and hold engineers accountable.
- Rebuild the rhythm between Engineering & Production.
- Lead by presence onsite with limited hybrid systems work.
- Ensure predictable, high‑quality release packages to the shop.
