Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent; basic math; English literacy.

• Set up and operate Milling and Turning machines per SOPs.
• Mentor and train level 1, 2, and 3 machinists.
• Troubleshoot advanced set-up and programming issues with Cell equipment.
• Collaborate with CNC Programmer and Process Engineers to improve Cell processes.
• Participate in NPI projects to incorporate Cell processes.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Process Engineering to ensure operation.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by Supervisor.
