Summit Technologies, Inc. seeks a Military Operations Analyst to support BrigadeS3 at Fort Carson, CO.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a contingent start date upon contract award, with responsibilities spanning space support to operations, FSOMETL development, and BMDS integration. Ideal candidates will have experience with DRRS-S and NetUSR, familiarity with space and missile defense systems, and strong Microsoft365 skills.

Qualifications

• General understanding of space support to operations at brigade level or higher.
• Familiarity with BMDS architecture and SMDC evaluation standards.
• Proficiency with DRRS-S and NetUSR.
• Microsoft 365 proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Completion of Space200 is desired but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational planning, synchronization, and execution support to the BrigadeS3 for USSPACECOM/USSTRATCOM/USNORTHCOM missions.
• Develop and refine FSOMETL (Full-Spectrum Operations Mission Essential Task Lists).
• Track and report unit readiness through DRRS-S and NetUSR.
• Integrate BMDS assets and C2 systems into operational plans.
• Support standardization and evaluation activities per SMDC guidance.
• Prepare briefings, decision papers, and after-action reports for senior leaders.
• Serve as SME during training events, rehearsals, and contingency ops.
