Job summary

Mission Technologies in Norfolk, VA, seeks an Intelligence Analyst (Military Operations Analyst 3) to support the MOC-EST and other facilities in the Hampton Roads area. The role requires regular coordination with Military, Government, and Contractor leadership.

The ideal candidate has TS clearance, 5 years with a Bachelor's (or 3 with a Master's) and strong ISR, C2, and communications skills. On-site work at Navy facilities with opportunities to impact exercises and training.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience with Bachelor's; 3 with Master's; 9 years with HS equivalent.
• Experience with U.S. intelligence systems and reporting procedures.
• Experience supporting intelligence operations at national or theater level.
• U.S. citizen with active Top Secret clearance.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of ISR systems and TTPs to accurately portray capabilities.
• Identify gaps between simulation capabilities and OLW training requirements.
• Provide an intelligence dissemination matrix for training events.
• Maintain knowledge of how JLVC simulations represent battlespace.
• Stay aware of emerging friendly/enemy ISR capabilities for future exercises.
• Act as primary POC to intelligence community and working groups.
