Job summary

ASR International seeks a Senior Project Lead to supervise the Coordinated SECREP Management and Strategic Logistics Services program for MARCORLOGCOM. The role oversees a dispersed contractor workforce and ensures staffing, scheduling, and deliverables meet government objectives.

The candidate will coordinate with government stakeholders, manage performance across locations, and ensure quality and timely execution. Strong leadership, logistics expertise, and CAC eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of integrated logistics and support experience.
• 5–6 years of Project Lead experience managing Government contract projects.
• 5–6 years of military supply and maintenance experience related to wholesale and Retail SECREP management.
• 5–6 years of experience managing diverse, geographically separated personnel.
• 5–6 years of experience providing oversight of at least 25 personnel.
• Ability to obtain a CAC and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall responsibility for execution and performance of the SECREP and Strategic Logistics Services program.
• Oversee contractor personnel supporting military logistics across locations.
• Ensure staffing for all program functions and locations.
• Serve as ASR’s authorized representative for performance and PWS matters.
• Ensure objectives are met with high quality and on time.
• Plan, organize, and oversee complex logistics requirements within budget.
