KSA Integration is seeking a Functional Analyst IV to support MARCORLOGCOM SECREP management. The role is based on-site at Albany, GA, and entails leading strategic planning and logistics analytics to influence policy and process improvements.

Expect to brief senior leadership and coordinate actionable courses of action. The candidate should hold a Master’s in a relevant field and have 5+ years in military logistics, with GCSS-MC experience and a history of training program development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of related military logistics experience.
• Experience in Reparable/Consumable supply chain activities and ground equipment items.
• Proven ability to lead strategic process improvements and training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain processes and propose strategic actions for improvement.
• Provide change management support to Government customers.
• Develop recommendations for changes to Marine Corps policy.
• Prepare briefings and communications for executives and senior management.
• Facilitate meetings on strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Apply logistics framework knowledge to planning, metrics, forecasting, and GCSS-MC integration.
