Eating Disorder Center of Denver LLC seeks a Senior Milieu Therapist to maintain structure for PHP/TIOP, lead group sessions, facilitate meals, and document patient progress.

You will collaborate with clinical leadership, mentor staff, and participate in multi-family groups. Requires a Master’s in behavioral health, CPR within 90 days, and pursuing Colorado licensure. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in Denver and offers a dynamic clinical setting.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavioral health field.
• CPR Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Clinical conceptualization of eating disorders and dual diagnosis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• One year at EDCare or equivalent.
• Active pursuit of Colorado licensure.
• Contribute to clinical team and meetings.
• Effective boundaries with ED resistance.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Program Director with milieu coverage for groups and meals.
• Assist in scheduling MOD shifts and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide individual therapy and POD groups as needed by Primary Clinicians.
• Build relationships and improve cross-department processes.
• Answer phone coverage and triage as needed.
• Model compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain collaboration with front and back milieu staff.
• Support leadership in implementing rules and procedures.
• Participate in Mutli-Family Group rotations.
• Train new milieu staff and students with Program Director.
