Job summary

Apex Systems is seeking a Sr. MILCON Program Manager for a large government client. The position is 100% on site in Alexandria, VA, with a 12–24 month contract and pay rates of $85–$100 per hour, contingent on experience.

Candidates must have TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 5–10+ years of MILCON PM experience. You will align construction schedules with IT dependencies, manage risk and cost, and synchronize DPW/USACE stakeholders through end-to-end MILCON planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required or Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, information systems, or related field.
• 5–10+ years MILCON program/project management experience.
• Experience with DD1391 development, integrated scheduling and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MILCON objectives with DPW, USACE, installation leadership, facilities and IT engineering.
• Lead scope, schedule, and risk tradeoff decisions and document outcomes.
• Maintain stakeholder battle rhythm and decision logs with version control.
• Integrate facility buildouts with IT dependencies and cutovers to protect operations.
• Develop integrated schedules and cost estimates using MILCON expertise and IT knowledge.
