Job summary

Albany Medical College seeks a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and contribute to the Complex Benign Gynecology Program. The role focuses on advanced MIGS, multidisciplinary collaboration, education, and research in a leading academic health system.

The successful candidate will join a growing regional referral practice with a strong emphasis on complex disease management, patient-centered care, and scholarly activity

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school and eligible for NY medical license.
• Successful completion of a MIGS fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluation and management of complex benign gynecologic conditions.
• Perform advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (laparoscopic/robotic).
• Expand multidisciplinary care pathways for pelvic disease.
• Provide inpatient/outpatient care within the complex benign gynecology practice.
• Teach and mentor medical students and residents.
