Job summary

Albany Medical College seeks a full-time, fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon to join the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology within Albany Med Health System. The role focuses on complex benign gynecologic disease, advanced MIGS, and multidisciplinary care in a respected academic health system.

The successful candidate will contribute to clinical care, education, and scholarly activity, supporting the Complex Benign Gynecology Program and expanding regional referral

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school and NY license eligibility.
• Completion of a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) fellowship.
• Board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized evaluation and longitudinal management of patients with complex benign gynecologic conditions.
• Perform advanced MIGS, including complex laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care pathways for complex pelvic disease.
