Job summary

Touchpoints is seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration from legacy databases into Salesforce, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance. The role requires leading large-scale data migration initiatives and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will apply SQL/T-SQL expertise, Data Loader, Bulk API, and ETL tools to map, cleanse, transform, and load data while preserving data integrity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data engineering and Salesforce data migration.
• Strong SQL/T-SQL expertise for mapping, transformation and cleansing.
• Experience with Data Loader, Bulk API and ETL tools (SSIS, Talend, MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, object relationships and load sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end migration from legacy databases into Salesforce with data quality and performance in mind.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, test, and execute migrations.
• Apply data mapping, cleansing and reconciliation to ensure accurate loads.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end migration efforts from legacy databases into Salesforce while ensuring data quality, accuracy, and performance.

Required Skills:

• Experience leading large-scale data migration initiatives with 6+ years of experience in data engineering and Salesforce data migration.
• Migrate data from SQL Server into Salesforce using Data Loader, Bulk API, and ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, MuleSoft, or Informatica.
• Utilize strong SQL/T-SQL expertise to perform data mapping, transformation, cleansing, reconciliation, and performance optimization.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of Salesforce data models, object relationships, and load sequencing to ensure successful migrations.
• Experience with high-volume and multi-source data migrations, preferably within government or regulated environments, is highly desirable.
