Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Selma, CA is seeking an Experienced Welder III to join our manufacturing team. You will weld steel parts, read blueprints, and ensure on-time delivery under QA standards.

Day shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, HSA, and life insurance. Experience with MIG welding, crane operations, and precision measuring is required; a certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and weld symbols.
• Experience with MIG welding and precision measurement.
• High school diploma or GED; welding certification preferred.
• Ability to operate cranes and move weldments safely.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding of steel parts of varying sizes and weights.
• Use cranes and rigging to move parts and weldments.
• Operate plasma and oxy-fuel cutting torches.
• Use grinders, drills, saws and other power tools.
• Complete and maintain required paperwork and records.
• Weld components in flat, vertical or overhead positions.
• Maintain housekeeping and proper waste disposal per safety policies.
• Assist in training others in safe jig/fixture use.
