Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join the Weld Team for evening shifts (Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-2:00am). The role focuses on producing high quality welds meeting customer specs with efficiency, reading blueprints, and following SOPs in an air-conditioned workspace.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of MIG welding/fabrication experience, can weld mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel, and are proficient with measuring tools and welding symbols.

Qualifications

• 3+ years MIG welding/fabricator experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
• Welds with mild, stainless, and galvannealed steel.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Proficient in tape measure reading.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method per blueprint when not stated.
• Perform first piece inspection and submit to QA.
• Maintain records to ensure correct production output.
• Organize work according to complexity, method, and deadlines.
• Other duties as required.
