Jacobs is seeking a Senior NEPA Environmental Lead to expand the Environmental Planning practice in the Midwest transportation sector. You will lead NEPA strategy, coordinate with state DOTs, FHWA, and regulators, and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality environmental documents and analyses.

You will drive proposals, shape scope and fee strategies, and develop client relationships across the Midwest market, with a focus on Illinois, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and surrounding states.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in planning, environmental law, biology, or related environmental science.
• 15+ years of experience in transportation-related environmental work and leading multidisciplinary projects.
• Established relationships with DOT clients in the Midwest and other agencies.
• Experience in proposal preparation and interviews.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience leading technical teams in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget; occasional travel.
