Job summary

HF Sinclair Midstream is seeking a Project Engineer to lead the engineering, design, construction, and modification of crude and refined product pipelines and terminal facilities. The role is open to Dallas, TX and other locations including Denver, Salt Lake City, Casper, Artesia, and Tulsa.

The candidate will provide technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with EPCs and operations to ensure safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Eight years of progressive experience in pipelines, terminals, or petrochemical facilities.
• Professional Engineer registration is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, design, construction, and modification of crude and refined product pipelines and terminal facilities.
• Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Produce and review drawings, calculations, and equipment specifications.
• Coordinate instrumentation, controls, SCADA, and leak-detection integration.
• Manage stage-gate AFE processes and deliverables for each gate.
• Oversee EPC firms, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
