Qualifications

• Over 10 years of experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining middleware platforms.
• Proficient in managing AWS infrastructure.
• Strong scripting skills in Java, Bash, and Shell.
• Experience troubleshooting across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and capacity planning.
• Experience with security compliance and patch management.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain middleware platforms such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, and IBM HTTP Server.
• Manage AWS infrastructure components including EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, and VPCs for middleware deployments.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Java, Bash, and Shell for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across application, middleware, and infrastructure layers.
• Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement tuning strategies.
• Ensure security compliance and apply patches and updates to middleware systems.
• Document procedures, configurations, and best practices for operational transparency and knowledge sharing.
