Zusammenfassung

Truist in Florida seeks an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to develop and manage middle-market client portfolios, offering full loan, deposit, capital markets, treasury and fee-based services to clients with $75MM-$500MM in annual sales. Leverage industry teams and IRM for optimal client experiences and revenue growth.

You will coordinate with partners to meet client needs and maintain expertise in complex credit products, ensuring proactive service and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Ten or more years of experience in commercial banking.
• Strong interpersonal communications; can handle client relationships with high-debt borrowers.
• Proficient in corporate finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and non-credit services.
• Ability to grasp complex credits and interpret financial statements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

• Leverage Truist sales process to deliver a differentiated client experience across interactions.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to win new clients and grow existing relationships.
• Contribute to credit decisioning with financial statement analysis and risk awareness.
• Proactively contact clients to develop relationships and coordinate with partners.
• Drive fee-based revenue opportunities through non-credit services.
• Maintain knowledge of complex credit products and capital markets solutions.
