Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Senior Microsoft Sentinel Engineer to join our security practice. You will work with clients and managed services to design, deploy and optimize Microsoft Sentinel environments, focusing on ingestion architectures, data connectors, and threat detection workflows.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in IT security or a related field.
• Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Sentinel environments with data connectors and content management.
• Foundational networking knowledge and security best practices are required.
• Experience writing Sentinel analytics rules or hunting queries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sentinel projects by defining requirements, design, and standards across the enterprise.
• Architect and design Sentinel ingestion architectures and cross-tenant considerations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and assist with requirements gathering.
• Identify automation opportunities and develop SOAR playbooks via Logic Apps.
• Track work, provide reporting, and escalate as needed; stay current on security threats.
