Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a Senior Microsoft Sentinel Engineer to implement, manage, and optimize Microsoft Sentinel environments. You will collaborate with clients and our managed services teams to ensure alignment with business processes and data management directions.

The role requires extensive IT security experience, proficiency with Sentinel ingestion and workspace design, and strong problem-solving skills. Travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and managing Microsoft Sentinel environments.
• Strong understanding of security concepts and networking basics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with KQL and scripting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sentinel projects by defining requirements and design standards.
• Architect and design Sentinel ingestion and integration architectures.
• Translate business requirements into technical Sentinel solutions.
• Identify automation opportunities, including SOAR playbooks with Logic Apps.
• Track work and provide progress reporting.
• Serve as escalation point for customers and internal teams.
• Assist with cybersecurity initiatives and drive process improvements.
