Comprehensive Power, Inc. seeks a Senior Microsoft Platforms Developer to support Enterprise Knowledge Management services for a U.S. Combatant Command at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL.

You will develop full‑stack applications with C#, .NET, Angular or React, and REST/GraphQL APIs, across secure networks. Lead architectural direction, CI/CD pipelines, and testing strategies while balancing custom code with low‑code delivery using Power Apps and Power Automate; mentor teammates and ensure

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with active TS clearance and SCI eligibility (SSBI).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of full-stack software development; 5+ years with C# and .NET.
• Experience designing REST/GraphQL APIs and enterprise integration adapters.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience with automated testing and gated deployment.
• Relational database design and development on MS SQL Server; ETL/ELT experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design, code, test, and document full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and React.
• Build modular architectures and integration adapters exposing REST/GraphQL services.
• Establish API versioning, authentication, error handling, and schema documentation.
• Implement DevSecOps pipelines with automated build, test, and deployment; gated PRs and trunk-based development.
• Design data models and data pipelines (ETL/ELT) across SQL databases and data lakes.
• Lead QA across unit, integration, end-to-end, performance, and security testing; ensure accessibility compliance.
