Qualifications

• 8 years of experience including design, consulting, implementation, and support of Microsoft Solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory migrations and Office 365 migrations in hybrid environments.
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365 security/management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, implement, document and validate Microsoft solutions for clients.
• Lead project teams to deliver successful implementations and provide knowledge transfer.
• Perform assessments, health checks, performance tests, and capacity planning for clients.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction while adhering to timelines.
• Develop standards for scoping, documentation, and implementations.
