Job summary

SoftwareOne Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior Integrated Support Services Solution Consultant to own ISS in the territory, lead complex pursuits, and shape go-to-market strategy with executive stakeholders. You will translate customer needs into tailored ISS solutions, align EA/CSP programs, and drive revenue targets.

The role demands deep Microsoft experience, strong negotiation and storytelling skills, and a collaborative, remote-friendly work environment across the US region.

Qualifications

Over 10 years in Microsoft-focused commercial roles.
Deep understanding of EA and CSP programs.
Proven success in complex enterprise pursuits.

Responsibilities

Own ISS in territory and drive the region's go-to-market.
Lead complex, high-value ISS pursuits with executive engagement.
Mentor ISS consultants and raise team capability.
Develop territory strategy, forecasts and priorities.
Collaborate with sales to align ISS proposals with customer needs.
Define pricing with sales and delivery teams.
Create proposals and Statements of Work with clear scope.
