University of Central Florida - College of Medicine in Orlando seeks a Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer IV to lead Azure and Windows Server environments. You will design, deploy, and maintain hybrid infrastructure, AD, DNS, DHCP, and security controls while driving automation with PowerShell and APIs.

The role requires deep expertise across on‑premises and cloud platforms, strong collaboration with cybersecurity and application teams, and hands-on leadership for upgrades, patching, and incident

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 9 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and administering enterprise Microsoft Windows Server and Azure infrastructure in cloud, on‑premises, and hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, adoption, and operation of Microsoft Azure and hybrid management services across enterprise environments.
• Engineer and administer Windows Server infrastructure across physical, virtual, cloud, and hybrid environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, and authentication services.
• Develop and implement automation using PowerShell, APIs, Azure Automation, and infrastructure-as-code to improve efficiency.
• Manage server vulnerability remediation and patching to reduce security exposure and support compliance requirements.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and runbooks; resolve complex incidents and participate in on-call support.
