Job summary
Anders, a leading accounting firm, seeks a Senior Microsoft Fabric Architect and Consulting Lead to design enterprise data and analytics solutions centered on OneLake and the Microsoft family. You will guide data teams, Power BI developers, and consultants through discovery, design, and delivery while ensuring governance and security.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience designing and delivering enterprise data platforms.
- 3+ years of Microsoft Fabric or equivalent data platform experience.
- Strong consulting experience including client discovery and executive presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or analytics or equivalent professional experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of end-to-end Microsoft Fabric solutions.
- Manage client engagements with scope, schedule, and budget accountability.
- Coordinate delivery plans across Anders and client teams.
- Coach Data Engineers and Power BI Developers on standards and delivery practices.
- Create architecture diagrams, data flow maps and implementation roadmaps.
