Job summary

Anders is seeking a Senior Microsoft Fabric Architect and Consulting Lead to drive enterprise data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and the Azure data stack. You will lead client engagements, shape architectures, and guide delivery teams through discovery, design, and deployment phases.

The role requires strong consulting experience, executive communication skills, and a track record of delivering scalable, secure data platforms. Hybrid work options and multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years designing and delivering enterprise data/analytics platforms is preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery to delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality.
• Architect end-to-end Microsoft Fabric solutions including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and sematic models.
• Coach and lead Data Engineers, Power BI Developers, and consultants across engagements.
• Drive governance, security, monitoring, and deployment automation for client projects.
