Job summary

CAC I is seeking a Microsoft Endpoint Services Manager to lead an engineering team delivering enterprise‑grade Unified Endpoint Management for Windows endpoints across the Department of the Air Force. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and align with CACI’s standards and the EITaaS program goals.

This hybrid role is based in Chantilly, VA, with up to 10% travel. A DoD secret clearance is required, and leadership of 6+ professionals is expected as you advance initiatives for

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field may substitute for 5 years).
• Minimum 8 years in UEM systems engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex hybrid environment.
• Active DoD secret clearance required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and definition of system architecture for Windows desktop solutions.
• Oversee planning and execution of UEM projects, ensuring timely, within-scope delivery.
• Manage a team of engineers and administrators focused on endpoint management tools.
• Maintain workflows and data flows with emphasis on security and compliance.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Security on project execution and incident resolution.
• Develop dashboards and metrics for leadership decision-making.
