Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect to join their team. As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect, you will be part of the technology department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent leadership abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Remote(Should be willing to work in EST Time zone)

What's the Job?

• Design and implement end-to-end Quote to Cash (Q2C) solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & CPQ and ERP systems.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and optimize pricing, quoting, and order management processes for both B2B and B2C models.
  
• Lead CPQ configuration and customization efforts to support complex pricing and quoting needs.
  
• Ensure smooth integration between CRM, CPQ, and ERP using MuleSoft or other ESB tools.
  
• Manage EDI processing workflows with tools like Sterling B2B Integrator for seamless B2B transactions.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and CPQ.

  • Experience with enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft or any ESB.
