Job summary

Trickdogtechnology is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Security & Endpoint Solutions Consultant who thrives at the intersection of cloud architecture, endpoint management, and cybersecurity. This Hybrid – Charleston / Remote role is full-time, with responsibilities spanning Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 management, as well as Zero Trust governance and incident response.

You will implement and maintain Intune/Autopilot, Group Policy, and patching tools across multiple clients, while leveraging

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience managing Microsoft Cloud and endpoint management.
• Strong experience with Intune/Autopilot, Group Policy and patching tools.
• PowerShell automation for repeatable fixes.
• Hands-on experience with EDR/RMM platforms such as Arctic Wolf, SentinelOne or NinjaOne.
• Knowledge of governance, Zero Trust principles and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online and Conditional Access.
• Oversee identity, access, endpoint management, and Zero Trust security governance.
• Monitor and respond to security events with EDR/RMM platforms.
• Lead regular patching cadence across multiple clients.
• Develop and maintain runbooks for recurring tasks and incident response.
• Use PowerShell to automate tasks and generate reports.
• Provide clear, consultative communication to clients and internal teams.
• Participate in off-hours maintenance windows.
