Job summary

Eide Bailly LLP is seeking a Senior Microsoft Solution Architect to lead design, strategy, and delivery of Microsoft-based solutions across Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI. The role engages with C-level stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable architectures and roadmaps.

The position supports remote/hybrid work across markets in Omaha, Fargo, and other Eide Bailly locations, with a focus on strategic pre-sales, delivery oversight, and practice development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Microsoft consulting, architecture, or enterprise technology experience.
• 5+ years of Azure architecture and cloud solution experience including 3+ years of Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM integration.
• Experience leading client-facing solution architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting pre-sales and delivery activities in a professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive-level discovery sessions and strategy workshops to align objectives with Microsoft cloud and AI solutions.
• Design end-to-end architectures leveraging Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI technologies.
• Provide architectural oversight, governance, and best-practice standards across engagements.
• Support account teams with solution strategy, deal shaping, and proposals; contribute to SOWs and delivery approaches.
• Mentor consultants and engineers to build organizational technical capability.
