Job summary

ConRes Continental Resources seeks an experienced Microsoft Modern Work Engineer to deliver Microsoft 365, endpoint, security, collaboration, and infrastructure solutions from Bedford, MA. You will design, deploy, and support core Microsoft environments across multiple customer settings.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years with Microsoft Modern Work, SCCM/MECM, Hyper-V, and SCVMM, plus PowerShell scripting and strong AD/Entra ID knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft technology experience.
• Strong Microsoft Modern Work and Microsoft 365 experience.
• Hands-on SCCM/MECM experience.
• Hands-on Hyper-V experience.
• Hands-on SCVMM experience.
• Strong Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory experience.
• Experience managing enterprise Windows 10/11 environments.
• Strong PowerShell and scripting skills.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, networking, and Windows infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple customer environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and support SCCM/MECM environments.
• Manage application deployment, software distribution, patching, inventory, and compliance.
• Maintain SCCM collections, task sequences, baselines, and deployment workflows.
• Perform Windows OS deployments and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot SCCM clients, site roles, deployments, and software updates.
• Create PowerShell automation and administrative tools.
• Design, configure, and support Microsoft 365 environments.
• Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams.
• Manage Conditional Access, MFA, identity, compliance, and security policies.
• Configure Windows Autopilot and Hybrid Entra ID Join.
• Manage Intune enrollment, compliance, configuration, apps, and endpoint security.
