Job summary

Eagle Rock Properties in Plainview, NY seeks a Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage cloud environment, identity, security, and collaboration platforms. The role focuses on secure, reliable access to cloud resources and optimizing the Microsoft ecosystem with hands-on administration across Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and IAM (Okta).

Responsibilities include RBAC, Conditional Access, policy enforcement, documentation, governance, incident response, and Tier 2/3 support for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 and Entra administration.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and best practices.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST-CSF.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, SCIM, and MFA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot.
• Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online environments.
• Implement and maintain IAM platform via Okta.
• Manage RBAC.
• Implement Conditional Access policies.
• Maintain and develop documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Implement and enforce security and compliance policies.
• Support retention policies, eDiscovery, and information governance.
• Monitor security alerts and investigate incidents.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for all Microsoft 365 and Azure issues.
