Job summary

American Dental Companies is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator to lead hands-on administration and security improvements across a growing network of dental practices. You will collaborate with IT leadership to standardize, innovate, and scale our Microsoft environment.

The role emphasizes migrations, automation, and strong identity management with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 and related services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of systems, cloud, or Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and PowerShell.
• Experience with migrations across multi-location environments preferred.
• Microsoft certifications welcomed but real-world capability matters more.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 suite and related identity services.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migrations for email, office, and multi-location deployments.
• Manage endpoint configuration, compliance, Autopilot, Entra Join, and device standards via Intune.
• Strengthen identity and access using MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, RBAC, and least-privilege practices.
• Develop docs, standards, and repeatable processes to scale the environment.
